Airbnb staff are not responding after 4 days

Next week Thursday was not available for booking but before I could close it off I had a 3 night instant booking (Wed/Thur/Fri). 

 

After discussing the issue with the guest she agreed that I could cancel the booking. The problem now is that all 3 days shows as "Cancelled by you" while only Thur should be unavailable. Wed and Fri should be open.

 

FOUR days ago I contacted Airbnb via the contact screen (https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us) to please unblock Wed and Fri, but I have yet to receive a response or even acknowledgement. When I visit https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us it simply says " We’re currently working on your case, and a member of our team will follow up with you soon. Thank you in advance for your continued patience. Airbnb Customer Service - Updated 4 days ago"

 

But this is urgent, why would Airbnb take longer than 1 day to solve such a simple issue? Just open up all days or cancel the cancellation and I'll block the one day, can that be so diffecult?

@Andre119 host should never cancel . If he cancels then it is punished with blocked days, 50-100$ fee, automatic review.

In future if you have to cancel then you should contact Airbnb and if your reason for cancelation is justified then they will cancel and you will not be punished . But, keep in mind that overbooking is not valid reason to cancel-
