Airbnb support disappointing

After a few months hosting, i always had a great experience with airbnb support. Even small issues they will call me on my mobile phone to make sure everything is ok. Up until i have a problem with my payout. Complained to them, they keep on delaying the answer, only to reply the next day with apology. Then missing again for few days. Making apologies again. Then missing again. I have more than five payout missing now. Its accumulating. I am seriously disappointed with the support team and feeling helpless..
