I cancelled a reservation for a stay in May and was informed that I would receive my refund to my credit card by April 12. I double checked to ensure the correct card is on file and it is. How do I contact Airbnb about this? Thank you! Latest reply by Linda108

Our site clearly stated that wifi was in the clubhouse, guest complained that the listing was inaccurate because it mentioned wifi available and it was not in the accomodations here is what the listing said..."Miles of Assateague Beach, shopping in Chinco... Latest reply by Linda108
