Airbnb support screwed me over.

So, show up to airbnb, call the host looking for help. He says to message through app because he needs to see which one it is. Tells me in message that despite having paid over month in advance he somehow didn't see this reservation and the dates that I booked and paid for were supposed to be blocked out. So he tells me to refund, and he'll give me a full refund. I refuse to refund it, call airbnb for help. Get a person, they say they'll call the host figure it out, and then call me back. 15 minutes later I get a message from host saying he cancels my reservation(15 past check in time, at Twitchcon in san diego weekend), so of course there is no more rooms available. So I try to call back, because I still have no idea about what they told him, and just generally wanted information about what the **bleep** I'm supposed to do now, since the airbnb person never called me back to explain anything, like why he told me to refund first to avoid a penalty, or any real justification about being screwed over. So I call them, person says they'll get ahold of them and they'll call me in 15, or to call back. I rinse and repeat this process 3 more times. After an hour I'm finally fed up, call back, demand to speak with the person, and they give me some new person. This guy doesn't care about getting me the answers I want, nor does he want to help, but apparently I'm entitled to a "nice" 10% bonus they give to anyone cancelled within a month, regardless of it being 15 past when it happened. Either way, he tries to force some really shady place onto me, but I have 2 girls in my party and I tried to explain how this place was nothing compared to the place I booked, and he basically kept trying to tell me to pick some random place and that it'd be just as good. I tell this guy he's insanely unhelpful, and that I want to talk to a supervisor, which he won't give me, so I hang up on him after being very condescending about how little help he was. I call back, get a new person, demand to speak to supervisor, girl says oh well I understand your frustration, and then tells me she wants to help me get into a place first. I pick a place, and she says she'll talk to the person, and open a chat for me so we can stay in contact for updates. I ask about every 10 minutes for an update, get nothing from the messages. After an hour, it's now officially around 6, and I'm starting to worry about having some place because the place I tried didn't accept me. I call back, and get a different person, the person who helped me can't be reached, and this new person just goes through telling me how unfortunate it is just like the last one, and that they'll help me. Again, they try to get me to hang up to talk to a host, and tries to open a message again to keep in contact with me. I'm not having it, I asked to be put on with a manager. They tell me alright, well let me put you on hold. 45 mintues into the hold, I finally get to talk to a supervisor, who says he's sorry and this is unfortunate, I'm gonna get you a hotel for the night on us. He opens a message with me, asks me if the hotel is okay, I say yes, (I'm still on hold this whole time, and some assistant of his comes back every 10 mintues to tell me to check my messages) He then changes the hotels twice because they didn't have rooms. Then after 40 minutes doing this, the assistant lady comes onto the phone and tells me they booked a room at 2 different hotels to accommodate my group, without asking if that was fine with me, which I was extremely upset about. So I want to talk to the supervisor again, but apparently he is on another call, and can't. I say I'll wait, she tries everything she can every 5 minutes to get me to hang up because he's still on phone. I eventually give up, and call the hotels to confirm bookings. Neither booking was legit. He sent me emails of the orderings of the hotels, but apparently neither hotel had reservations under my name. I call back livid. Beyond livid. Do everything I can to talk to this supervisor that lied to my face, and made me waste even more time with fake comped hotels. I get another supervisor who tries to get me to listen to the same crap, and then eventually tells me to find hotels that work for me, and she'll comp me for half of them. I try to get the hotels, there's no hotels. I try to book another airbnb and not one host could be contacted to approve my stay there. It was then around 9, and I called a bunch of different hotels, and there were none with open rooms. I'm forced to ask my friend to take the two girls into his airbnb, and I'm forced to sleep in the car with my other 3 friends.

I message the lady who said to send the receipts to the message block, and despite me telling her 2 different times that I couldn't get a hotel because of the 5 hours I spent dealing with them prior, she still for the next 2 days sends a random message asking me for reciepts.

That night I found a host that auto accepts for the next day, and low and behold at the moment I try to check in again, the host calls me and tells me they have plumbing problems and cancel on me again. Unwilling to go through what I did the night before, I just book 2 hotels rooms. I have to call like 4 more times because the host was responding, and wasnt' refunding me.

I talk to this employee, he offers to do his best to help me with the hotel costs. In the end afterall of this, they gave me 50% of the hotel costs.

Where can I file a complaint?
