I am not able to get to the booking confirmation page of a guest from InBox. I saw the following error. It has been like this since 5-7 min ago when I first tried to access. Is anybody experiencing this?
Yes, same here, no access to Inbox, same error screen.
(But you can access "list of reservations" and get the booking page from there)
@Alice595 Yup. As I noted in another thread, I was desperately trying to submit a last moment review and was foiled.
There are more issues occurred in the evening yesterday. It actually getting worse today.
Yesterday eve I saw that one listing disappeared in my iPhone Progress tab in the number of views section. Today I saw that there were two active listings disappeared in the Progress tab. Those same two listings today also disappeared in the Change Listing dropdown list when you want to view a different listing.
In addition, although multi-calendar shows all four active listings, two listings with issue in appearing are completely block from editing.
Here is a screenshot
I contacted Airbnb support through their chatting. Here is an answer from Airbnb Expert Community who is also a host/guest. Not sure if he is Airbnb employee or just a volunteer
Hi, my name is Mike, I am a member of the Airbnb expert community, I am also a host and guest, I am here to help you 🙂
Please, check this:
Go to Listings on airbnb.com and click a listing whose calendar you'd like to link
Click Availability
Next to Linked Airbnb calendars, click Link
Click Create linked calendars, then select the listing for the entire home you’d like to link to other calendars
Click Next
Select the listings inside of the home, then click Save
Note: If you don’t indicate that the listings are connected, a reservation for one listing won’t automatically block those reservation dates on the other listing's calendar. For example, if the primary listing is booked for a certain date, then it will block that date on the calendars of any listings under it, and vice versa. However, if you block a date on a calendar of a listing under the primary listing, it won't block the calendars of other listings at that level, only the calendar of the primary listing it's linked to.
Following his steps, I saw that it still shows my listings' calendars were linked. But the Edit page pulled nothing to be editable.
@Quincy Nope. It was just for a crucial 30 minutes while they rolled out the new dashboard. Just unfortunate timing for the next people who are chosen to host these nasty guests. They will have no warning!
Thank you for the heads up as well @Alon1. I still have not heard back from the team, but I am glad it at least has been fixed for you.
@Quincy After I contacted Airbnb support, the issue has been fixed. Thanks for asking.
same here for about 12 hours now. It must be a sitewide glitch
Thank you for the heads up @Alice595. Sorry that I did not see this topic earlier!
Yes, the inbox is still down for me also. The mobil inbox seems to work
