Airbnb travelling versus hosting - using Luckey as a management company

Good morning, all. I'm going away on a long trip and hired the Luckey local company to manage my Airbnb listing, while I'm away.  I'm very happy with them so far. However, they have informed me that once they take over my hosting account, I won't be able to use my travelling account to book places for myself on my trip. And that I can't actually create a new account because my credentials will be the same and Airbnb won't allow that.

I am wondering if anyone has found a workaround solution to that? Why would Airbnb block our TRAVELLING account while managing our HOSTING account? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose? The fact that we're away mean we may WANT to keep using Airbnb while our own Airbnb are being rented out...
