Airbnb website technical support - SAVE Button grey out, unable to SAVE updates

When I navigate to edit our house listing, under "listing details"... "title & description", EDIT. I'm simply trying to copy and paste text into these fields to update "listing description & the space & guest access" to update.  The PROBLEM, the "SAVE" button is greyed out and the Airbnb application is not allowing me to SAVE my updates. Help.

@Nena-And-Jamie0 This will almost certainly be because you have exceeded the character count in the description field. There is a limit but, Airbnb in their wisdom, have not chosen to put a counter on the description field.
