Airbnb won't let me leave a review

I just had my first guests visiting 3 days ago. But when I go in the the Reviews tab, there is no place where I can review the guests. I thought it would show up automatically after they left...?

(I click on Profile > Reviews > Reviews written by you. And there it says "No one to review right now".)

@Eirik0 Yeah, seems like Airbnb is having problems sending out review reminders for the last couple of weeks.  In the meantime you can contact Airbnb and ask them to send the review reminders to both you and your guests.  Have your reservation codes available.  I find twitter @airbnbhelp the best way to communicate, but there are other ways as well.  Click on the link below for help in contacting Airbnb.

I have a similiar problem at the moment but the review is there but when I click 'Write a Review' it just returns to the same page. Shame - they we great people!...and will expire soon.

Airbnb won't let us review our guests anymore either! Just returned to the same page after typing out the reviews and submitting.

@Lisa686 Yeah, Airbnb is experiencing some system issues with reviews.  If you wrote a review, it is actually in the system and will appear in a few hours.  The other day I wrote a review before going to bed and it was there the next morning.  You can ignore the reminders to write a review.

It's 2019, and the only trip review option I find are pre-formatted rating questions and stars.

This approach removes all opportunity to continue authentic connectivity between guests and hosts.
