Airbnb your leased property

I have been seeing where hosts will make an agreement with another home OWNER. The agreement is that the Airbnb host pays the owner monthly rent or a percentage of Airbnb sales and the Airbnb host can use the rental property as another property. Any thoughts?

@Victor632 as long as you have proper rental agreement you are good to go. You need to agree on every detail though, the price, who pays the bills, who takes the responsibility and does the repairments when something gets stolen or broken and many other details.
