Hi I have a airbnb here for 3 days he has left a right mess kitchen and bathroom can I tell him to get his stuff packed and go for disrespecting my home. He has paid

Really it's best to **bleep** bad behaviour in the bud on the first day he made a mess of your bathroom and kitchen.

I would have a chat with him point out that he needs to clear up after himself directly after using the bathroom and kitchen. Remind him of your house rules around this. Say that if this doesn't happen you will need to ask Airbnb to cancel his booking.

Then if he does it again you can take photos of both rooms and contact Airbnb about cancelling.

Make sure you record everything on Airbnb messaging.
