Alarm to notice a new message

Hello, my dears! I'm Débora Tognozzi Lopes  from Sao Jose dos Campos,  Sao Paulo, Brasil. Anyone here knows how to instal a sound of alarm when arrives message? I'm loosing lots of guests  because of this!😔

@Débora79 From your host page, go into "Account", then notifications, and make sure that you have "sms" checked (for your phone) as well as "email" for your laptop.
