Aloha ,

I live on the big Island Kona. I’ve had my Airbnb for a couple years now. I had it shut down for a few months for upgrades now that it’s listed again I’ve only had 1 guest ! My Airbnb is registered with State & county .. I don’t know why this is happening?

You have a great deal of competition, @Lauren596 .  I looked at some of your competition and the price might be an issue.  When you are off the search for a while, you are lower on the search results.  In order to get back up, you need more activity.  It might be a good idea to lower your price for a time until you have more recent activity.  Just business so do not take it personally.

When I look at the pricing on your listing it gets significantly more expensive for 2 people vs 1 person. Given that the cost of hosting 1 or 2 people must be very similar I wonder if this is intended?
