Amending number of guests

Please help!
My pre-approved guest wants to amend the number of guests from 1 to 8 but he can't do so. Do I need to approve her request first so he or I can make amendment of the booking?

Hi @Mary-Joy0,

If they're only pre-approved (not booked) they can simply do a new booking request with the correct number of Guests.  By pre-approving, all you do is ensure they are automatically accepted.
