Amenities -- pets allowed

Hi there! I used to allow pets, but after a few bad experiences would like to take that off my amenities list.

I see "pets allowed" listed under the amenities, but when I go to "edit" that option completely disappears. Is it perhaps under another category that I'm not aware of?

HI @Colleen51 It's under "Booking" (I know, not very intuitive!) Just slide "Suitable for Pets" to "no" & that should do it. 🙂 Karen

Hello

I'm having the same issue of "Pets Allowed" being listed under amenities, even though I marked "No" in the booking section. This is a fairly annoying feature of AirBnb. I've had a few guests be very confused/unhappy because they believed their pet would be allowed to stay.

How do I remove this from my listing? Thanks for your help!

Also I found an AirBnb contact # 1-855-424-7262 and have been on hold for about 20 minutes so far. They really need to have a better way to contact them to resolve issues like this. An email address perhaps or a chat feature?
