Amound Transfered is not correct

Dear all,

I received today a payment for a long stay and the amount I receive from Airbnb is €500 lower than expected. In the email they sent to me to indicate the money transfer was initiated, the amount is €500 lower than the amount I can see on my list of Bookings.

Can you please tell me why? May it be a mistake from Airbnb?

Note that it is the first time there is a mistake like that.

Thank you for your help.

Estelle

@Estelle102  Was the stay over over 1 month? If so you get paid differently.

How are long-term reservation payouts processed?

For long-term reservations, payments are collected and released in monthly installments.

We charge your guest the first month upfront and release that first payment to you 24 hours after their check-in date. Future payments are released to your payout method on a monthly basis for the duration of the reservation.

If you're a new host, we may hold your payouts for 30 days after your first reservation is confirmed. If your first reservation is more than 30 days away, your payout will be released 24 hours after your guest's scheduled check-in. This will apply to any payouts scheduled to be released during those 30 days.

You can check the status of the monthly payouts in your transaction history.

The reservation code and guest name is recorded on each payout line in both Future Transactions and Completed Transactions.

You're right. I've checked and the amount Airbnb transfered to my banking account matchs with the amount the customers should have paid for 30 nights.

Thank you for your help, Letti.
