1.  Does the "paid out" amount for 2017 include the cleaning fees listed?

2.  Will I receive anything (1099?) from airbb for my taxes

1. Yes

2. You will only receive a 1099 if you made over $20K and had 200+ Reservations during the year. If you don’t meet that threshold, you still need to report your Airbnb income and pay applicable taxes on it to your regulatory agencies.
