Any St. Croix hosts on here? Help!!!!

Hey all! I’m a super host in central Pennsylvania right near Penn State University. My fiancé and I are seriously looking to purchase a rental in St.Croix and I need some brains to pick..😁. I have a lot of questions about purchasing, maintaining, HOA fees, cleaning, interest rates, realtors, insurance, rental pricing and vacancy rates...and tons more! Are there any of you out there with rentals in the USVI that would chat with me through email or messaging? Any little bit of help would be appreciated!
