Anyone Using Lodgify and Being Erroneously Charged for the Guest Booking Fee?

We are a West Coast, U.S. Based host using #Lodgify as our #Channel Manager. On #Lodgify we enable Airbnb's Instant Booking. Recently, Airbnb decided we are U.K. based and began charging us for the guest #hosting fees normally paid by U.S. guests. Has anyone else encountered similar difficulties?

AirbnbPro (channel manager) will impose Lodgify settings into Airbnb, so make sure that Lodgify is setup like you want.
