Anyone having problem with managing their listing(s)?

Hi there fellow AirBnB host,

Does anyone here have any problem in managing their listings? I have created an AirBnB Excel Template, that make it easier to manage bookings and payments. However I would like to know what other problems do you guys face as an AirBnB host. Thank you.

P.S: I'm also looking for beta testers for the Excel template. Please PM if you are interested.

I manage payments and bookings through airbnb's platform.

What do you have on your excel spreadsheet that helps you manage bookings and payments?

I guess if you have multiple properties you would use of one of the Airbnb management software companies.
