Apartment Manager Fired, But won't hand over Airbnb passwords

I have taken over as a manager at a condo complex, after the former manager was fired. Problem is that she won't turn over the airbnb password. How can I start the process of recovering the account? I have been searching and searching but can't find any information. Any help would wonderful.

Good you found an answer to your question.  I would imagine you were told to set up your own listing (s) as the reviews do  not follow the listing but follows the host.  Good luck with your new position!

Linda108, I spoke with someone who was very helpful at Airbnb. The account was setup by the owner of the complex. The former manager changed the passwords and everything. That was one of the reasons she was fired. But even if we had to start a new listing, that's fine. As long as this one is taken down.
