in 99% I had all positive reviews but one couple gave me bad reviews mostly because of the unsually bad weather that made them stay indoors. Due that bad review I recieved a message from AirBnB "We may have to suspend your listings".

the message I have recieved form AirBnB is exactlly after the last review. I believe that's the reason of it. The gust was't happy about many things without reason.
Do you know where can I find appeal form on AirBnB website?
