Jero- I suspect there is something wrong with the payout information that is set in your account. Or maybe no one set up any payout preference? You would need to contact airbnb support by phone, message or twitter to sort it out. Ways to contact airbnb are posted on the first page of this Help forum.
@Jero1 What do you mean that airbnb "didn't want to pay"? Are you saying you haven't been paid for guests who have stayed or that you have been in communication with airbnb and for some reason they say you are not entitled to receive the money?
Yes, exactly Arlina's bungalows since September 2017 has 7 rooms unpaid by airbnb, I don't know what wrong with airbnb payout. I am just doing listing for Arlina's not my own hotel. two night room in Puri Bening also did not payed

Why airbnb doing this shameful matter between its mission hospitalities. I have been listing Arlina's bungalows and have 7 night room sold out since September 2017 till today but there is no any information if airbnb wll pay ther Arlina's bungalows room from Chistian to Maximilain. It is so shameful due to the information from airbnb is not clear. I am just lister not the owner of Arila's Does anyone can help me please?

The bank said my account is no problem, but airbnb told me error, when I update my payout they said updated but irbnb doesn't pay me. The hotel are asking me their money but I said not yet all time. airbnb peoples really cheating!!!

Sarah, I contacted airbnb too many times and I have sent the Arlina's contact but airbnb management don'ct care of this case. This is not meet airbnb mission hospitality and services to the reputation. Another case is that airbnb mostly recommeded under standard hostel and its services in my town. Many accommodation with under standard workers without English speaking staffs like Lakeside Cottages and now changed to Jony homestay have good reference from airbnb though their staffs only speak english whom to over price the trip to Mount Batur, but the hotel and renstaurant staffs mostly not speaking English.
FINALLY I HAVE CANCELED SOME BOOKING WITH AIRBNB INSTEAD OF NO PAYMENT TO THE HOTEL. SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PROVIDED BY AIRBNB.
