Arrival and Check-In

Hello @all!

With every new booking I send the guests a step-by-step photo guide how to arrive, ask for their flight number, ETA etc... and lately almost all do not even answer... 

And then complaining that they did not find our BnB etc... what can I do?

Sending every day a message until they respond?

If it is possible for you, could you try to give your guests, if they could not find your place in a google map, a place so near from you which they could find easily in a google map

They have that in google maps and herewego... and the step by step guide and I ask them to please answer and communicate the arrival time via airbnb AND whatsapp (or other apps)... and still ... nothing in 75% of the bookings...
