Arrival of guests

Hi

I am new to Airbnb so not really sure what I'm doing.

A guest booked our apartment for beginning of June. I can't see if she has paid already? Also I have tried to contact her about leaving a key for her but no response. What do I do if she doesn't get in touch - does that mean it's not a genuine booking?? How can I tell?
