I have booked my home for three people. I was just informed that the person who made the reservation will be arriving two hours after the other two, whose names are not on the reservation. Do I allow the other two to check in before the person whose name the reservation is under will arrive or ask them to wait until the person who made the reservation arrives. Thanks for your advice !!

This has happened to me a few times, @Steve633. First of all you need to be sure the booking guest will actually be there at some time. If you feel there is no attempt to decieve you, then ask for the full names of the other guests and advise you will be asking to see government ID at check in. Alternatively, if the other guests also have Air BNB profiles, the booking guest can add them to the reservation and you will be able to see the profiles. Good luck!

Hi @Steve633,

I was wondering if you've seen Linda's reply? How did everything go with your guests?
Thanks! I saw Linda’s reply and I followed her advice. It looks like everything is going to work out for the best. Thanks again!
