As a Host- How do we charge for missing items upon departure?

Hi Everyone-

 

I recently had someone move out of our apartment and they stole our cable boxes.  As most of you know, these are about $300.  How do I go about charging the guest?  Who on airbnb would I reach out to.  Any input would be amazing!

File a claim (quickly) using the resolution center.

Be very sure of your facts too - which guest, and could it only have been a guest or do others have access to the place (cleaners, workmen, etc)
