Asked a future visitor to please cancel because I have issues with my unit, now she was charged

Unfortunetly I had some plumbing issues in my unit, so I let one of my future guests know that I would not be able to have her stay with me.  Now she was charged $32 cancelation fee, what can I do to help her get a refund for this?

@Faraz0 You can go to the resolution center and refund the money there.

@Faraz0 next time you have a problem it´s best you cancel and take the penalty.  Your guest will be fully refunded.

Agree with @Ed-and-Hugh0, you can refund them the amount (from your own money) in the resolution centre.
