I've just received this email for aabook I've just made. What does this mean? The authorization of *** that had been placed on your credit card for reservation **†************ has now been voided. While this authorization void is immediate on our part, it can take up to seven business days for it to show on your statement
Perhaps there is a problem with your profile or a mistake by Air BNB. You need to contact Air BNB. Here is a guide to contacting them.

@Megan450 Airbnb have started to add a security deposit for some bookings, regardless of whether or not the host requires one. It sounds as though that has happened to you.

We paid in full in never said anything about a security deposit? I've never booked with Airbnb doesn't it mean we are book to stay there or do o need to find another place?
