The owner wants to rent it for 4000$/month

Listing for a minimum stay of 28 nights (which is an option you can set) or more are considered "long term stay' and have there own cancellation policy. To be found by guests when searching it is mandatory a monthly discount is set. it is also possible to list a monthly price for certain months. Enter "long term stay" and/or "month" as keywords in the HELP section to find out more.
