I cannot see that it is available the first week of August but I do not have a booking there.

Why is this?

@Margareta2 what is the problem exactly? The month of August is available for your property until the 26th. You do not have any reservations.

I have 2 extra bedrooms in my condo which sit vacant, so I have been using 1 for Airbnb and now plan to set the 2nd one up too.  My listing has always been set for "Preparation Time:  block 1 day before and 1 day after".

That's not exactly what I want to do.  We get a lot of people looking for last minute accommodations. Block one day before eliminates last minute guests.  I need 1 day AFTER a guest leaves to change lines, clean, etc., but that usually only takes me a few hours.  However, I have had back-to-back guests and that wasn't comfortable.

I don't want to block the "day before' but I do want the day after free of guests.  I don't see how this can be done.

Does anyone have any suggestion other than manually doing this after each reservation?
