Backdating a reservation

Hi, I have a guest that stayed an extra night and forgot to send in a reservation request. How do we go about putting in a retroactive reservation request? It was night before last.

Hello @Denise326,

When a reservation is completed it can't be changed using the change reservation facility.

 

What you can do is to use the resolution centre to request the extra payment.

Find the reservation in "Your reservations" and then click on the "Send or request money" link.
