Bad experience with the host

I had a very bad experience with the recent usage of Airbnb. The owner shared some trivial photos to claim 300 Euros and I gave all the proof that it is not by me and it is not worth of the cost they trying to charge me. They said they will consider all the communication and return back to me to discuss further on the next step. After 50 days, they directly charged my card without any notice and sent me a email that they charged the card already.

As you can see in the below photos which the host shared to claim 300 Euros, it's very clear that there is no breakage or damage that is made to the furniture. It is really painful to see Airbnb inclined to to the host by agreeing to claim money for really trivial things which are not even noticed by us during our stay. The dirt in the wall is not by us we took real care of the house and kept it clean. I did not wvee receive the key instead it was behind the dustbin when I checked in and it hen I checked out I was asked to put the key inside the house and lock the door.
