I am very new and have a very bad feeling with a guest who will be arriving in almost 2 weeks. It was instant booking, which I didn't activate but any away while I searched in my own because there's no one to consult!!!I changed the price of the reservation adding a cleaning fee when I knew they were 3 and she didn't accept it. Airbnb suggested me to cancel the reservation
Sorry couldn't finish.... when tried to cancell I get all this warnings of punishments and sanctions! So I didn't change it and accepted the original price. Anyway i NEED to know how to communicate with airbnb where s the number???? with airbnb because have the feeling it won't work
Hi Cristina, and did you cancel it? If it was advice from Airbnb, there wouldn't be a penalty for cancelling it. Then you can put the space back up for someone else to take up.

as far as I know there isn't a phone number, but one of these forums will be able to give you some advice on what to do. I've not had to use it, but I'd look under 'All Discussion Rooms' and see if there's somewhere you can tell this story to better effect. But anyway, cancel the booking and explain to Airbnb what happened, and if they feel you had to cancel for good reason, of course they wouldn't punish you for it.
