Bad guests = Bad Review

I have over 100 5 star reviews and 2 guests that got busted doing the wrong thing and when called on it the left negative reviews.  AirBnb will not remove their reviews even tho I have all proof and this has dropped my overall rating to 4.9. How many 5 stars do I need to eliminate these 2 bad ones? Will I ever achieve 5.0 again?
