Bad reviews at the top of my listing

I've been a SuperHost for a couple years and have received only two 3-star reviews out of 75 reviews over the last 12 months, one last December and the other last month. Even though I've had several 5-star reviews since last month's 3-star guest, that bad review and the December bad review are now among the first six reviews showing on my Airbnb listing. WTF? Is an Airbnb algorithm purposely seeking out bad reviews and floating them to the top of SuperHost listings? And is there a fix?

@John921  It shows in the descending chronological order. I don’t see any issue as you mentioned

Though the listing has been out of chronological order for the last couple days when I view it without being logged in, you're correct that it's currently in chronological order. Perhaps some algorithm is randomly switching listings back and forth between  the two.

And today the listing has reverted back to non-chronological order when I view it without being logged in, again with my two 3-star bad reviews (Kerry and Deanna) of the last year among the first six reviews:

@John921:
This has been happening since June.

If I am logged out I see the reviews dating back two years as the first ones. However, after logging in the reviews revert to chronological order. Both of our homes have been remodeled and some amenities mentioned in the reviews are no longer available which makes them completely useless. Besides, if I am going to rent a home I want to know the status of the host and the property TODAY, not two years ago.

This change is absolutely insane and worthless, not to mentioning negatively impacting hosts by keeping bad reviews at the top. One of our homes has lost 2% in location ratings since they've kept a bad review mentioning the location toward the top. It's also a slap in the face as they keep reminding us of bad reviews instead of letting us move on. We've had 25 five-star reviews since that bad and factually false one. Why do I have to keep looking at it?
