Balcony and age restriction

Hello .

i have just  bought a seafront flat in the uk . It's on the second floor and the master bedroom has a balcony leading of it . It has lockable French doors and the glass balcony is very high Are there any restrictions about letting the flat out to families with children ?I've read some listings which say " not suitable for children under 12 "

any help appreciated...

Hi @David0

You will need to make a judgement call on whether you feel it would be safe for children.

If you don't feel it would be you can indicate on your listing it isnn't suitable for under 12's.
