Base nightly rate is different form displayed rate

Hi

I'm new to Airbnb and am confused by the pricing. I have set the ninety rate at £210 for weekdays and £220 for weekends. I've offered a 20% discount to the the first 3 bookings.  I have not selected 'smart pricing' . On searching for the flat, I find the nightly rate is  displayed as £192. Can someone please help me to understand how the pricing works?

Thanks

Hi Hosts - I am confused -  I have set the nightly rate at $45.  However when Airbnb calculate my payout I get $41 per night minus the Airbnb fee.

Can anyone explain this please?
