How do I contact the Airbnb host or get money back or at least have him answer back? 

He had contractors come in at 7am without my knowledge and they were so loud and the whole shower and tub is gone and everything is covered. We can’t even get ready and our last day is today? I don’t expect a full refund but I would like some money back.

I'm sorry, contractors were in the apartment you were renting? Or were you renting a room in an apartment/house? 

If you want a refund send a money request to the owner.
