Blank Dashboard and other bugs

Hi, Have searched and searched and cannot find answers or a way to contact tech support.  (Should there not be a contact us, Support, or similar button on the site that lets you put in a problem to someone who can deal with it?)

I have a machine running Windows 7 on Chrome.  My Dashboard is one big blank.  I cannot see things such as 'progress to becoming a superhost' and only know they exist from searching for a fix for a dashboard that does not work.

I am also using a Huawei phone with the AirBnB ap.  Whenever I click the performance tab it tells me something went wrong and I have had no guests.  o.O  

I am a second host on the listing (guest host).  Is this the problem?  Is this a known bug?  Is there a patch?  Do I need to change a setting?

Have you not got a local number for Airbnb?    Although I must say, the Airbnb in Dublin, Ireland is very difficult to reach!!

Can go hunting for one.  New to Macedonia myself.  Will google and see.  Right now messages tell me I have 4 notifications on my dashboard, but it isn't listed below the messages (as a review reminder is) so I am at a complete loss as to what the notifications are...

FINALLY I have a dashboard! The bug in code must be sorted (tip-types from the look of Chromes Inspect) BUT it still shows that I have had NO guests and no Response times to 0 messages - despite having had a number of both and reviews as well. Also, it will not let me talk to an upcoming guest saying I do not have access to the thread....
