At the end of the page select "My question is about something else" and then select "A reservation". Then, you will see a list of your reservations and you will need to select the one that your payment was from.
Again, get to the end of the page and you will see the message "What can we help you with". Select "Payouts" and then "Payout Delay". That will open you a text to read some things about the Payouts. At the end of that text, select "I still need help" and there is the space where you can write your message and send it to Airbnb.
They will reply to you through your email.
