Blank Messages

The past two days I have gotten blank messages in my inbox. I am not notified when I have recieved them and they say one day ago or 2 hours ago.. and it just says "Conversation with _____" When opened it is all blank. I want to make sure I am not leaving anyone in the dark, but im not sure what this is.

This is happening to me too.  I'm trying to get someone from Airbnb on the phone.
