The guest had to cancel a reservation after finding out that there would be people that are joining there trip and she think that our place wouldn't be enough to accomodate them all. She immediately asked if she wil be charged for the cancellation and I have no idea during those time what to answer as I never had the same experience of cancellation before.
I now tried to get the house ready for other guest who will be intersted for the 4th of July but Airbnb has blocked the dates - as if the cancellation was done on my end. Now House is available but we can't accomodate new guest because of the said blocked out dates. Who can help please?
