Hi, Blue Mountains Council appears to have chosen an arbitrary number of bedrooms as a requirement for short term rental properties. If a property has four or more bedrooms they have stipulated the requirement for a development application including a statement of enviromental impact, fire report, floor plan, site plan and off street parking for a car per bedroom.
Has anyone had to go through this onerous process? I am on the lookout for examples of the documentation supplied to council as a starter or perhaps contacts for consultants that could help me.
