Booked as one guest but lots of people are in the flat.

Someone booked for a single person for a concert visit to London.

however numerous people are seen arriving at the property.. how would you handle this?

my listing says no parties and I would appreciate being notified. There is lots of personal stuff there.

not pleased..

Go ask them to leave.

Just keep in mind that abb won’t pay for their reservation if they don’t stay. & the guest will get to review you (& you them)

or go over & get a count of who all is staying and charge them per person.

Up to you

I am curious to know did you know the person booked it solely for a concert.  But for the problem at hand, as noted by Kelly, if it is a concern with so many people at the property, you should go and take a count. Tell the person that someone complained and you are there to investigate.  If there are more than one at the property, then if Airbnb allows it, kick them out or charge them per head.

1) Do not let unpaid guests stay in your property.

2) Tell the guests, that they should pay for more people (personally and via AirBnb messages).

3) Send money request and ask the guests to accept it immediately (not later).

4) If the guests do not want to pay for more people, ask them to leave, and report AirBnb support about the situation.

5) If the guests are aggressive and not willing to leave, call the police.
