@Nick563 I've had this happen twice now, although neither time did the guest respond to multi inquiries about where there were or when or if they were coming. With the first guest it was a one night stay so I just waited and got my money and never heard from her. With the second guest he had four days reserved. As soon as he didn't show up I opened a chat with CS. I prefer using the chat as I seem to get better thought out responses. Anyway, they tried to contact the guest also. Once again the money arrived in my account and I have yet to hear from him. Of course then I was asked to review the ghost guest, I just let the days expire. So, my suggestion is to contact CS and let them be aware of what is going on, this way the guest has less room to request a refund.
