Debs Booked from 27 Dec to 01  January. Has she paid? As this is our peak Holiday Season we would be happier if we could get a 50% deposit. Please let me know if this is possible

Robin - BnB doesn't provide deposits, you will be paid within 48 hours of guests arriving.


This is the system you signed up to when you became a host.

 

Do familiarise yourself on their website with how things work.

@Robin12  No deposit.  But, I have a 'Strict' cancellation policy, it protects the host somewhat more if there is a late cancellation, but also gives you the ability to refund the guest  if you decide to do so.  Although not sure it is is retroactive if you change it after a reservation has been confirmed.
