Hello! 

I made booking with coupon SINGAPORE, but I've got a message that it was made by error. I think that error is not my problem,  but airbnb. I think that airbnb should give to client solution for error that service made, but in Russian media airbnb said, that everybody, who used this coupon is a rogue

You should have got a message saying it was not a valid coupon and that you just need to go back and re book.

I see, but rebooking is not a solution.

Also, when someone using error coupon – it does not make this person a rogue

Can you travel on other dates or perhaps find somewhere else to stay, if the Property is no longer available nothing that can be done.
