Booking Fraud?

Hello,

I noticed 2 bookings via email for Asia (I live in Europe) which were never booked on my computer or phone. I checked the history of both. I cancelled both right away, but each had a very high cancellation fee. I contacted AirBnB the next day and received no response. Anyone else have this problem?
