I am getting fed up with the offer of cash to get more Hosts- I don't want more hosts- our area is saturated! 

The maths make no sense-  Air tells me my Studios (including my "Plus" listing) should be $64 per night, in 2011 (well before Air) I was getting $180 on other platforms, so how about this Air, maybe no more Hosts til great Hosts (like me and us all reading this) get the value we deserve from our properties.  In fact, long term rents are returning higher than Air right now.

Agree, and it is the naivety of  new hosts that worries me! 

They seem to price rooms on the basis that (they think) it is all sheer profit.

There's another post about rooms in central London at £21 per night.

No one can be making money on that!
