Booking calculations not right for 2017

Hi everyone

Could someone help me with this problem? I just had an enquiry for a booking from Dec 2016 to Feb 2017 total of 52 days. Payout calculation came to $376. Checked the calendar and dec calculations work but 2017 way out. How do I fix this? only new to Airbnb and this first time this has happened. Any suggestions

@Sue23,

 

I believe the system puts the entire amount for the month it was booked in.  If I had someone book Dec. 28 - Jan 14th for example, it would include the entire amount for December and nothing for January.  It does not break it down that I have seen.

I believe the way round this is to send the guest a 'special offer'.
